Your feedback is part of the process of establishing what works for you. As a former therapy client myself, I stopped seeing a therapist because something wasn’t working for me. Feedback and tweaking the treatment plan according to your needs is a central part of my approach. There are many avenues of therapy that can achieve the same goal and my approach is that if something isn’t working, then I’ll work with you to establish one that will.
